It's no secret that every sanctioning body has had its share of scandals.

I watched a decision go the wrong way recently. It's sad to see and, unfortunately, it happens from time to time.

The vast majority of bouts, however, are decided without controversy and judges that deliver too many controversial decisions are subject to suspensions and/or sanctions.

the real scam in boxing happens before the fight.

the opponent is carefully selected, so he doesnt have a real chance.

that way you build up a guy with a flawless record, and then you set him up against another flawless guy that has no chance against him.

and then sometimes two "good" fighters have to encounter oneanother due to rules, and all they do is clinch and dodge...

boxing really has been turned from the sport of gentleman playing chess, to a charade of brawlers cheating to get points.

but mma (though interesting) reminds me too much of roman gladiators. its a segment of the end times approaching.
