So, committing 62% of the murders.. in NYC at least.
Blacks are actually about 23% of NYC pop.

They are delaying the National report. -It's actually worse I've heard. New Orleans and Chicago murder rates and stats make NYC look tame.

My guess is its 13% committing 56%.. We'll see.
