Yeah. That looks like a Walmart employee. Came out from behind a counter with another, both wearing aprons. Very odd behavior.

The description also talks about the mother having two children with her. There is only one child in the vid. The description says the mother pursued the kidnapper who refused to give the child back. In the vid the child is returned almost immediately. I do not think this vid is of the events described.
