How likely is atomic warfare now?

I've seen what the fucking elite are capable of. They are batshit crazy. I think the atomic war is highly probable. They can nuke several cities just to kill some people. Obviously they won't touch the capitals and survive the war.

White countries have the most depraved, corrupt, and incompetent leaders at the present time. All at the same time. I'm going to include others like state governors, premiers and other officials. All corrupt, greedy, amoral.

We're fucked anyway if this keeps on, bombs or not.
