That sure in the way the rothschilds do it. It's not the way you should be doing it either. You should be buying land for your son to inherit that he can build his house on that he can have kids on. And you should put it in a trust so he can't spend it and waste it and sell it for frivolous stupid stuff. And you should make the amount of the trust that he gets depending on dependent on how fast he has kids. And if you have daughters you can do the same thing for them. Just make sure they don't get the land unless they have kids. And make sure they know it. Last thing you want to do is finance her lonely lifestyle with cats.

Never knew of any that were toxic but they are a stupid design. The value in them is they can be blown up like a balloon and then you can spray them with a hardening spray that feels like adobe/concrete (doesn't have to be toxic). So you can put one up in a day. That's a lot of savings. The best designs excavate first so you get a large basement or high ceilings to stay cool in the summer or warm in winter.

If you get good at it you can do multiple buildings and connect them all through an above-ground or underground tunnel. Or set a balloon immediately next to one already built allowing you to knock down the wall between the two domes, creating a bigger space. It's basically time savings but a serious challenge to live inside since 95% of the interior walls aren't straight. Of course you can drywall straight walls and use the back for storage or loft space but you cut out a lot chunk of square footage. Hence making 2 or 3 domes in series starts to make sense. It also looks aesthetically awesome and space-aged when there's several connected together like an advanced alien civilization.

Its true, in about 10 seconds on zillow I found 100 acres in Kentucky for like 120k kinda shitty dry mountain top though. 80 acres with a big ass creek on the property is about 200k. 600k can get you a 30 acre farm with a large turnkey house. This is just on zillow. Im sure if you spent some time in an area and worked with local realtors you could do even better.
