People shift. Certain habits, tendencies, and traits can be enlarged or reduced, but seldomly created and almost never destroyed.

People can change, but you have to keep it realistic. Change typically means improve or worsen, not eliminate nor create.

What's the difference between wanting to, and having to change? If you're doing what you're supposed to be doing there's no need to change. Doing changes you on its own like a fucking avalanche, and you didn't even notice.
