The video has clouds of thick black smoke billowing from the site which means there has been sabotage, since there is no way an oil refinery can burn like that.

The worst thing that can happen in an oil refinery is if the cracker - the part where crude oil is heated up until it becomes a gas - blows up, which happened at a refinery in Indonesia when a hailstorm cooled the top down so much it blew off.

If there is an explosion all of the product erupts out of the structure in a fireball that goes straight into space, any residual product in the pipelines is diverted into the flare, while pressure sensitive valves instantly cut off supply, so within seconds there is nothing in the process area that can burn.

Bearing that in mind the rash of oil pipeline and oil train explosions in Canada and the US must be the result of sabotage, re the July 6, 2013 oil train crash and subsequent explosion in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, that had a death toll of around fifty.

The Manitoba Oil Pipeline Explosion of Jan 26, 2014 has the hallmarks of a nuclear strike..

As does the explosion at the Alon USA Oil Refinery, Big Spring TX. Feb. 2008, which was the largest explosion in Texas history that registered as a 4.2 earthquake some 500 miles away.

The August 6, 2012 explosion and fire at the Chevron refinery in Richmond, California, where vast clouds of thick black smoke billowed from the site for days can only have been sabotage no less.

Hard to speculate whether its sabotage by our own government actors or foreign governments or both.

Clearly their staff wasn’t diverse enough.

Clearly gas prices were too low...need to get those rookie prices higher!

Or, hiring staff based on anything except skill results in problems.
