The China number is way to high, I believe they lied as usual. I’ve been to China, there are no stupider people than the average Chinese citizen (not counting Africa but it’s a continent not a country.)

Most there are just bug people after 1000 years of killing off the men. Even if they have good IQ scores, that doesn't say much of anything about their culture.
