Where this sucks and it truly does. Doesn't anybody read the fine print? If it was not disclosed to them in writing then I could see the issue.

In the Petsmart program it states that you have to remain employed with them for x amount of time after if you sign up for the free training program. Now this was over 10 years ago when I read through that. I'm pretty sure they didn't remove it since then.

Oh, they read it.
It's just some people are so risk-averse that they'd gladly take that guaranteed pay thinking that it's a sure bet instead of sticking their neck out and self-employing or taking on a job that challenges their abilities.
It's that fear of failure and of losing what little they have that holds them back, not unlike those that would trade liberty for a little temporary security.
Perhaps that is why the Founding Fathers toyed with the idea of only allowing property owners to vote: those that put everything on the line fighting for our nation's independence are also the kind who would run the risk of failing for the reward that comes with being your own boss; cowards would only choose to put us back under the boot of a ruler because they can't stand the responsibility that comes with being truly free.

responsibility that comes with being truly free.

Broke as all get out but free is the best feeling ever. Unfortunately I'm married to one of those "risk averse" people.

So it didn't last long.

Yes I believe they read it too and didn't pay it any mind.

Thinking like they all seem to nowadays they can just cry and someone will come save them.

They should have felt something at the word "free" but in today's world they don't know or don't want to know nothing is free.

They signed the papers. They asked to be in it. It's not mandatory. They wanted their minute of cute " look at me,ma, I'm a professional! Without actually working for it.

If anything they probably see a weird way of that student debt forgiveness applying to them.

There are times when you don't read the fine print. Shrink-wrap EULAs. That contract you sign with DirecTV. On an employment agreement, I'd read that shit. That is your job.

NPCs are fucking dumb. Do they get what they deserve? I suppose so, but it seems jewish to take advantage of them.

Jesus fucking christ...

Walk out, or scrub it from your contract...

As in cross it out and initial that you have crossed it out.

How can you be dumb enough to work for a company that would even suggest that.

I would up, take every new starters number...and get everyone there a job via a recruiter in a week.

Might even keep sending people to rinse and repeat that also

Screw them both. The workers are dumb for agreeing. And the employers should not get paid back because they are being jews. This is a situation where a judge should say "a pox on both your houses" and declare all agreements null and void.
