He has not committed a crime and does not need to follow orders.

If a pig came to you now and told you to stand up and get out of your house would you do it? Just because he told you? And if he shot you for not listening, would he be justified?

Firstly, you don't have to comply with someone "asking you". You state they asked.

Secondly, they did not ask, they ordered him. The order was illegal.

Thirdly, the police are law enforcement, and no law had been broken, so what exactly are they enforcing by giving illegal orders?

HOWEVER, at the point where the Officer asked the driver to step out of the vehicle, it was the drivers duty to comply.
If, and only if, he has been detained for a crime. That crime can be as simple as a traffic infraction. Until you're told you're detained and why, no order from the police is lawful.

This was a safety issue for the Officers!
If he was making it so they couldn't get his vehicle unstuck, they could have just left him. They made it a safety issue for themselves when they tried to unlawfully force him out of the vehicle.

The driver should have complied.
I'm not meaning this offensively, but I take it you're a women? Capitulation to authority (lawful force or otherwise) is a common behavior for women. Which would explain why me and Kozel are running in a conversational circle with you.

He was not doing something dangerous, the officer had no need to force him out of the vehicle, just like there was no need to shoot him. Compliance only has a chance of working if the violence towards you was out of need. Compliance in the face of needless violence is a guaranteed way of getting more and more severe needless violence.

As the old saying goes, you can't comply your way out of tyranny. The cops were in the wrong here.

Also, I'm 50/50 that he was either on drugs, or autistic.

It was well within the police officers authority to ask the subject to leave the vehicle.
To which he can lawfully refuse. They can ask him to leave, but because no crime had been committed, they could not lawfully order him.

Requesting that the driver vacate the vehicle was well within their scope of authority.
Correct, which the driver can refuse, until the officer gives a lawful order to exit the vehicle. The order is only lawful when the officer has said that the driver is being detained and given a lawful reason for the detainment.

You don't to negotiate or debate the Officer when you are confronted!
Yes, you do, it's the best way to avoid charges. If the officer does not immediately tell you why he has pulled you over, you first ask if you're being detained. If he says no, you leave, if he says yes you ask him for what reason. If the reason is lawful, i.e. you broke a law, then you are fine to comply with his orders. If the reason is unlawful, such as the old "I'm trying to figure out what law you broke", you inform him that reason is not a lawful reason and then ask for his supervisor. Likewise you record everything.
If you do that, most of the time they'll back off because they don't want to get fired, get sued, or have a scandal blow up in their face.

This was NOT one of those times!
It was, and they admitted it in the video. He had broken no laws, and was not a threat to himself or others as explicitly stated in the video recording. The forced entry into the vehicle was unlawful.

Keeps ignoring basic US law to defend some badge niggers being badge niggers.
I take it you're a leo that's too retarded to grasp that I'm not retarded enough to fall for your bullshit.

You assume no crime has been committed!
Innocent until proven guilty. If the officer did not witness a crime about to be committed, being committed, or having been committed, then they are not legally allowed to search the person or his belongings. It's called the Fourth Amendment.

The driver was not being detained
If he wasn't being detained, then he didn't have to comply with orders. You only have to comply with an officers orders if you are being detained. Being detained means to be temporarily held in place. It is not the same as being arrested. You can only be legally detained and or arrested by an officer if you have broken a law, or are clearly in the process of breaking a law.

The Officer was trying to ascertain the reason for the drivers odd behavior. ie. Is there something in the car that would have been a danger to himself or someone else? ie. kidnap victim in the trunk. etc...
That's cool, he was still acting outside the law while doing it, and any evidence he collected would have been thrown out because it was obtained unlawfully.

Not a threat, but, he did pick up the knife and threatened the Officers!
After they had unlawfully forced their way into the vehicle.

The driver didn't comply with the Officers BECAUSE there was something that would have gotten him arrested if the vehicle was searched.
Or was high off his ass on drugs, or was having an autistic breakdown.

But hey, you do you Leo. Just remember, no one is going to cry over a badge nigger that got himself shot for breaking the law.

When a man with a gun tells you to do something or he'll shoot you,BELIEVE HIM!! It doesn't matter who he is. He has a gun and declared he will murder you if you don't do what he tells you. You can argue the legality of it,but if you don't get out of that car,it's going to be over your dead body.

not if I shoot first

🔫🔫🔫

[ - ] Merlynn 0 points 2.1 yearsSep 17, 2022 17:17:53 ago (+0/-0)

Well, then you've just justified the cops shooting you.

[ - ] Kozel [op] 0 points 2.1 yearsSep 17, 2022 17:21:58 ago (+0/-0)

they can't because they're shot

[ - ] Merlynn 0 points 2.1 yearsSep 17, 2022 18:16:27 ago (+0/-0)

You think more ain't going to come after you? They wear body cams for a reason. And that's assuming you actually took them out to begin with.

That's not a fabricated (((msm))) story. All that info came from the police report. Police lie. period. Every time. Nothing a cop says is true. Ever. Every. Single. Time.

Kid was obviously tripping on mushrooms or smoked some tainted dope, allowing him to see those cops for what they truly are - demons. Hence why he was terrified and why he would not get out.

[ - ] Merlynn 0 points 2.1 yearsSep 17, 2022 06:57:35 ago (+0/-0)

Yeah, you call that a white man,I call it a screaming retard who can't follow simple instructions. Pretty much no different than a nigger, honestly.

[ - ] Hobama 0 points 2.1 yearsSep 16, 2022 16:07:43 ago (+0/-0)

Seems like he was freaking out and definitely not capable of rational thought. Probably took a bunch of psychedelics and freaked out. This is pretty much murder. If they werent trying to break into his car none of the officers would have been ‘threatened’. If all he had was a knife they could have driven a cop car up to prop his door to make sure he cant get out quickly, then talk him through or wait for him to sober up.
