Holding toilet training babies over bins or a thick paper bag to dispose of is completely forgivable to me. Entirely avoidable unless the public toilet situation is horrible there, which I assume now it is.

Unforgivable for adults, but at least the dude sitting on the bin is slightly preferable to a crowded train. Slightly better than Indians I guess as I saw a lot of toilet paper being used.
