A function of liberalism is also to encourage checks and balances. This encourages the development of factions - which makes it very difficult to wield the machinery of state in a crisis. And once party or business interests become dominant in a factional environment immigration is all but inevitable.

Ideally you'd probably want a provision for a dictator as the Roman republic did or direct democracy to vest more power in the hands of workers. You also need better values than the ethics of merchants. I'm an aesthete. As such I believe in the cultivation of the beautiful.

In the US we'll need secession. A homeland for white people could be set up in the whiter areas. Automatic citizenship could be granted to foreign whites to encourage them to come here. Given how things are developing I think there is a fair chance we'll get there even. Some of us are just liable to end up dead or in prison first. Or have to undergo hardship. But that should be ok. People should not live for material pursuits. Not now. There are higher ideals. Higher values than that.

Not implementing a parallel over government that can only prosecute government officials. You should have two congresses, two executives, and two judicials, the people vote for both, but one only has the capacity to regulate and prosecute the one that has the capacity to prosecute and regulate people.

Also not making it easier to add amendments that remove rights of the government rather than grant.

Not preventing a central bank in the Bill of Rights.

If you read pamphlets on the Constitution which were the pamphlets that were distributed to States rather to colonies to try to get them to vote to adopt the new constitution in 1787 you quickly realize that by freedom of religion or rather a person's religion not being able to be held against them when adopting them for public office what they meant was the variation in Christianity specifically they wanted to avoid the Catholic versus Protestant retaliations that it happened in England when a Catholic versus a Protestant came to the throne. They openly say how ridiculous it is to think that Americans would ever tolerate a mahatmaan in other words a Muslim in america. They never meant freedom of religion so that all these other religions would be allowed in adopted in america. They took it for granted that everybody knew that the fundamental basis for life liberty and the pursuit of happiness which founded the principles of the United States in which the Constitution was trying to defend were only promoted by Christianity and in fact of course really Protestant Christianity as almost all founders of the country were Protestant Christians and only one Catholic even signed the founding documents. This is because only Protestant Christians believe that a person's right to self-determination and Liberty and happiness comes from within that person and is innate rather than having to be gotten by permission from a king or a pope.

The Constitution is fine. It's the changes made to the Constitution that's part of the problem and the biggest part of the problem is the non-enforcement.

2. religious freedom was intended to be freedom of CHRISTIAN worship, not hindu, buddhist, muslim, etc.


3. judicial review of bills/laws prior to enactment. our current system allows congress to pass any law they want, however unconstitutional, and it is up to the citizens to challenge it in court. this allows for all sorts of politicians screwing around, and forces the citizens to engage in costly legal battles.

Here is how the constitution should have started

1. No jews in this nation ever
2. Seriously no jews in this nation ever
3. Just to be fucking clear no jews in this nation ever and maybe we should go wipe them off the face of the earth.
4. Goverment can never have the power to kill a human that is up to god

The Founders did not think much of the common mans ability to make wise decisions, which is why we have a representative government with a Senate.

Term limits.

Explicit Succession law.

Explicit 2nd amendment, written so a 4 year old can understand.

Information about yourself being sold without your consent or ultimate control.

The worst:

Allowing corporations to be a vehicle to do government bidding, that they're unable to.

They didn't explicitly deny federal agencies and armies. If there was no IRS, FBI, FED, NSA, CIA, et al: We'd be in a utopia by now.

Well if they had included the sunset law provision in the original Constitution many of the problems that government create would be avoided. The sunset law simply would say that every law passed by Congress has to be renewed by Congress after a year or two. So instead of getting this incredible stack of bad laws and increasing governmental authority and control which just sit there after they've been passed and never go away they would have to muster the political strength and majority in Congress to repass the same bad laws over and over and that would not be possible. That's the biggest mistake the constitutional founders made and it it makes all the difference in fact I think 90% of the problems of large government would go away if they had just forced Congress to repass laws every year or two instead of them staying on the books. I mean imagine Congress trying to repast Social security every year or two or half the gun laws or just half the laws. Or we justifying funding the FBI's creation every year or two because we're not just talking about the annual budgets we're talking about the money to create them.

Another big mistake Congress made is they should have not allowed Congress to pass a law that would require future payouts. Congress should have been limited to passing laws and systems that only pay out for their term. So today's Congress would not be allowed to pass something like Social security which anticipated the collection of money today over the next 30 or 40 years to then be paid out in the future because that would have exceeded the term of the current congress. When a current Congress passes a program that is going to exist into the window of the next Congress then the current Congress is actually stealing authority from future congresses both to do alternate things with the money but also to establish or destroy that program to begin with.

So I really think if the founding fathers had put those two things into the Constitution that the original country as it was outlined by the founders would be much more intact today than it is now.

1. One family one vote. Man or widow casts the vote. No childless (adoptions don't count) or unmarried persons can vote or hold office.
2. No non-white or hostile religion (islam, jew) may be a citizen, only a resident. Only citizens can vote, hold office, be in the military, own land. Only citizens may work in defense, intelligence, policing, banking and media.
3. Welfare programs, corporate and individual, are forbidden. Foreign aid is forbidden. Any gifts to foreign countries must be funded through voluntary donations.
4. Any gifts to elected officials over $100 are bribes. Accepting bribes is a death penalty offense.
5. Campaigning for public office is forbidden. Citizens get to know candidates at appointed, publicly funded times and places. Public debates, meet and greets, etc.
6. All male citizens over 18 must own a firearm.

1. A stricter commerce clause, to prevent the many abuses done in it's name.
2. Make revolt against tyranny a requirement, not a right.
3. Preptively kill corporate personhood
4. Hell, include a whole bill of anti-rights that limit the powers of certain institutions, so liberties are focused on citizens instead.
5. Wfite men with some skin in the game (property, military service, etc) ONLY can vote. Full and complete stop forever.

The founding fathers were squeemish about curb stomping baby Jews. That's what doomed the American experiment.
