Cool. Let them stress. Dishonest and guilty people become paranoid. So it's not going to be difficult to get in their head. That's what you get for being both law enforcement and criminal scum at the same time. They'll remain nervous their whole lives.

We'll take control. We will remove the statute of limitations on corruption. We will up the sentencing to execution, and we will leave them fearful even if they played the smallest part in lying to the public, rigging elections, and lying to judges for the next fifty years.

Probably best if they retire and move to another country. That or if you are one of the young ones strung along by the seniors you should fess up. Real law is coming.

We are not going to be lied to by what are supposed to be public servants. The public will see you in a jail or worse if you play for that kind of team. Know something and aren't ratting? We're going to count that. We are going to hold you to a higher set of legal standards than what is applied to the public. You think you have a plan to squeak by. Not going to happen.

Most countries have extradition treaties for a good reason.

Also, on a completely unrelated note, extrajudicial elite assassination squads do exist and are a normal part of any military.

I believe the Hoft twins are informants ... remember reading somewhere that one of them (possibly the brother Joe) had long standing US Intelligence links.
