It's kind of creepy what cops can legally get away with when they pull you over

Disregard that he's a nog for a minute. These tactics are very very weird and can work on just about anybody. They have this little dance down to a science

If we eliminate Qualified Immunity the cops will be forced to uphold the law and not make it up as they go.

If every time that a k9 indicates that there are drugs, bombs or firearms and none are found, we require that the animal be taken out of service, this would stop. It costs the taxpayers thousands upon thousands($20,000) to have one k9 trained and if each false hit means that the department loses that money.........they'll have a hard time defending a need for more.

More over, I feel that K9 searches are strictly illegal. Let me show you:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

"But upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation", a dog cannot swear an oath because an oath is something that a person, who can be punished, affirms. A dog cannot be prosecuted for lying therefor there is no punishment for lying or even just being wrong.

Furthermore:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him;

"To be confronted with the witnesses against him;". Again, a dog cannot "testify" in court because his accusation does not bind him to the law. He cannot be punished for lying or a mistake he has made.

Police officers use a tool that is inaccurate, to say the least, and give it an unholy power where people are punished unfairly.

God help the cop that every claims to "smell marijuana" in my car since I've had it since it was new, and have never had any drugs in it. We'd go later and I'd call him a fucking piece of shit to his face.

Dog signal probable cause. Ever*

[ - ] VoatGoat 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 09:10:14 ago (+0/-0)

Also, if people want to be dumb and pretend that dogs are cops (e.g. you hurt a cop if you hurt a police dog) then the system should be consistently stupid in the sense that I can sue the dog or it can go to jail if it’s lying (false reporting that there are drugs).

Taking dogs out of service is easier though. I’d expect that to cause police to plant drugs to keep the dogs…

Removing Qualified Immunity removes nearly all of a police officers protection. Being caught just once, just once, and a department would lose all credibility with the courts.

Total scum.

I can't disregard that he's a nog. I'm not going to defend these incompetent cops, but they've had enough contact with niggers in Orlando to know that there was a high likelihood that most of the niggers they pull over, especially niggers that look like him, will be guilty of something -- outstanding warrants, drugs, guns, unaccountable money, etc. His refusal to identify himself backfired, likely thinking, using nigger logic, that if he didn't give his name, they'd get tired and let him go. That doesn't work.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 1 point 1.7 yearsSep 10, 2022 23:35:13 ago (+1/-0)

It's a bad example, but there's plenty of non nog examples. Let me know if you want me to post a thread of them.

[ - ] x0x7 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 00:40:12 ago (+0/-0)

Yes.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 11:42:50 ago (+0/-0)

Sorry in advance, it's going to be a little bit. It's currently morning for me, and I'm going to be continuously busy until evening. I'll make the list once I get back.

[ - ] Prairie 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 10, 2022 22:33:33 ago (+1/-1)

Yeah, he keeps reaching for things, looking around his car. Like the typical nog he can't follow instructions and wait for more. They can't do it.

[ - ] x0x7 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 00:39:48 ago (+0/-0)

You mean like grabbing your registration, insurance, and license when instructed to?

[ - ] Prairie -1 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 08:30:32 ago (+0/-1)

Watch more closely. He does a lot more.

I'm all for harassing niggers, but the tactics here were so weird.

[ - ] IfuckedYerMum 3 points 1.7 yearsSep 10, 2022 15:25:56 ago (+3/-0)

anti-GMO pamphlet
tape over cameras
anti-RFID paper
"This guy is paranoid! Something's not right here! Must be a Sovereign Citizen!"
Fuck off, ignorant ZOGbot pieces of shit.

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer 1 point 1.7 yearsSep 10, 2022 20:06:25 ago (+1/-0)

It's not ignorance, it's training.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 00:02:14 ago (+0/-0)

I wasn't too aware of the sovereign citizen movement until this. Definitely something to look into.
It amuses me greatly how hard the eternal fraudsters, law breakers, and tax dodgers (kikes), kvetch about law breakers and tax dodgers.

[ - ] thoughtcryme 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 11:10:48 ago (+0/-0)*

cops will put you down (or look for cause to) if you fuck up and start talking about sovereign, its basically "insta-crazy" and they've been trained to deploy the question in that way.

Its basically like telling the lunch bully that you are loaded down with extra snack money today. not smart.

The version of soveriegn they know about is the guy who got pulled over for his paper license plates and him and his son started popping AR rounds off at state troopers in the walmart parking lot.
Its not a good look.

Be sovereign, sounds great, dont advertise to the wrong folks. Its like saying "I think I can get away from your influence" and if you ever known any cops or hardasses, they do not care for that one bit.

[ - ] SweetChicken 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 08:32:25 ago (+0/-0)

This guy immediately went to open the door and you reddit faggots are attacking the cops for being suspicious? Unreal.

[ - ] thoughtcryme 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 11:16:26 ago (+0/-0)

the window up/down dance was a bit suspicious

[ - ] bigdabz 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 12, 2022 01:08:09 ago (+0/-0)

Pretty sure it was the cop that opened the door to begin with. His hand is on the door handle.

[ - ] SweetChicken 0 points 1.7 yearsSep 12, 2022 13:04:29 ago (+0/-0)

If that’s the case, I change my stance because besides the windows thing there isn’t anything else suspicious. To me the windows can easily be a mistake of pushing the wrong buttons. I’ll have to rewatch

These people are an absolute threat to American freedom. We will not have freedom until they face consequences for their behavior. We need a government to govern the government. A body that can have no authority over non-government agents, is elected separately, or is appointed randomly from the citizens, and for whom all transparency is granted. It should have a legislative to decide what government can't do independent of congress, and an independent executive and judicial.

[ - ] VoatGoat 1 point 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 09:13:01 ago (+1/-0)

We need a government to govern the government

It’s called armed neighborhood watches.

[ - ] thoughtcryme 1 point 1.7 yearsSep 11, 2022 11:03:26 ago (+1/-0)*

more than that, we need an arm capable of long term arrest and holding cells. We need an interim court to negotiate with officers of other courts (want ya boy back?). More than anything, we will need, lots and lots of guns and healthy males.

Range rovers full of cowboys pulling over state troopers. DOWN ON THE GROUND, STOP RESISTING... yea it works for everyone

This is the beauty of absolute force. I dont have to be right, I have a gun.
I describe the solution to the overzealous policing of American dogooders, I dont really care what happens to the niggers.

[ - ] LalixPrincex -1 points 1.7 yearsSep 10, 2022 16:56:38 ago (+3/-4)

i saw the whole thing.

What are you talking about?YEs, they were a bit assholish there in the beginning but apart from that, they were respectful, kind, let him off with a warning and they knew, he knew and we know that the nigger is a criminal.
