I wonder if the world really has changed that much. Social media is mainly just bots controlling people. I would bet most people are still like they were 25 years ago except they use social media to make it seem like they are not then bully people into being quite in public. I would bet once the social media monopoly is toppled things will swing back and people will be very surprised how things never changed.

I remember they installed computers at my school when this game was at the peak of its popularity. I remember fragging my classmates during typing class. The teacher was happy to hear the keyboards click clacking away, thinking we were practicing our typing when we were really just shooting each other with RPGs.
