All of this should be ample cause for, if not outright overturning the election, at least bringing a case to court.

These State Election fraud issues can only be heard and rectified by each individual States Legislature.
Only States Legislatures have Judicial authority for issues on Election process and Lawful procedure in each State, during the Election.
The Constitutional clearly lays this out and they have to be the first stop for redress and remedy .
Same as the unlawful counting of late ballots - Constitution also clearly lays out - it is 'The Day of the Election' - the 24 hr period of that day for the collecting of lawful filled out ballots - not a fcking free for all of late ballot counting - which can only be changed via States Legislature lawful procedure not a single fcking State Sectary seconded by a single member via zoom meeting.

The people don't vote for president. This isn't a hard concept and has been upheld by the Supreme Court. The PA electors voted for Biden. Biden won the electoral college vote. Biden won. If PA suffered election fraud, then PA needs to arrest and prosecute the people who committed the fraud, but that doesn't have shit to do with Biden's win.

No nigger, you're missing the point. The popular elections are STATE elections. If there was election fraud, the STATE needs to investigate that fraud, arrest the offenders, and make the changes to be sure it never happens again. But that fraud has fucking nothing to do with Biden getting elected.

The presidential election is exclusively determined one way, and it doesn't matter how much fraud is committed in the states elections. Each Secretary of State and governor sends electoral college delegates. Those delegates vote. And the winner is the candidate that gets the most votes. Period. The end. Problems within the states don't have shit to do with this process. There is no requirement at the federal level that the states even use a popular vote, much less send delegates to vote in a way determined by popular vote. The delegates can vote however they want, as determined by state, not federal, law.

Here's the thing, if the majority of the state residents vote for a particular candidate, then typically, the EC votes for said candidate. So while the popular vote doesn't directly elect the president, it gives guidance to the EC to vote. Now just because Shitlary got more popular votes, doesn't mean that she won the states. Afterall, NY, and CA have a large proportion of the population, which explains why she could win the popular vote and still lose the election.

In this instance, Joe Bidet got fake votes in order to win the state's EC votes, nothing like this happened to Trumpstein.

The fact there was fraud doesn’t mean it was stolen.
Trump personally went out of his way to shut down investigations into 2016 voter fraud to protect Hillary.

Fraud isn’t why he lost. He lost because after not 1 time advocating for white Americans, 4 million of them stayed home instead of voting.
Trump could have increased his vote by 20 million with a single speech advocating unapologetically for whites, and not even mean it. And he knows that. But didn’t give a shit.
