so I work in a pretty big tech company (90k + worldwide) and there is a HUGE push to get women into the stem fields/careers (whether they want it or not, but that's another post). It is really difficult to work with most women in technical roles. Women truly prioritize feelings and relationships over anything else (like a decent solution to a problem). One of the cardinal rules of womanhood is NEVER criticize any other woman in your peer group/clique. ALWAYS be supportive and encouraging no matter what. so when one woman comes up with a really AWFUL idea, all the other women chime in and puff up her pride by being so supportive and encouraging, regardless of how bad the idea truly is. SOOOO MANY bad ideas are implemented because nobody is willing to tell a woman that her idea sucks and should be rejected. Women prioritize relationships and feelings more than a successful project, and so will never tell a friend that her idea sucks. If a man steps up and says anything negative, ALL women will rise up like the bats out of hell and do everything to DESTROY him.
I have worked with some really good women engineers and women managers, but most women in the tech field are there because someone pushed them there, not because they specifically chose that field. They are there because some radical feminist professor or advisor told them they should focus on doing whatever men do and to neglect anything feminine in their life (that could also be a full post in and of itself).
I am not against women. I have daughters, sisters, a wife, a mother, all whom I love VERY much. Men and women are VERY different, but the tech field (engineering, programming, etc.) is not a place for letting your emotions rule your decisions. it is truly frustrating and infuriating that people who should not be in the tech field are truly mucking it up for the rest of us.
The women I've worked with in web development all seemed a touch autistic. Good trait for a developer...marginal social skills but very detailed in code.
The ones that didn't last always prioritize feelings over facts.
These fucking indian male "coders" are also driving me crazy with how low iq they are. Every day i need to explain to a poo, who is not even on my team mind you, how to so something they should already know. I kmow they are paid in the high 100k range, why are they ao fucking stupid/useless. Why do they not look at documentation.
The only indian that is good, is a woman on my team who truly loves programming and kicks ass at it.
Indians (from India) are very good at playing the corporate game. They are very adept at knowing what to put on a resume and can talk a good game in an interview. I worked with an Indian guy who was really nice and friendly, but he wasn't really good at coding. After a while, he began looking for another job and asked me to help him write up part of his resume. When I saw what he had written up, I was pretty surprised. He wrote all sorts of "skills" that he had, which I knew he had almost no experience in. If he wrote a hello world program in C, he would list himself as an expert C developer. If he told someone to do something one time, he would list it as "management". The idea is "fake it till you make it". The important thing is getting the job, and once there you can wing it and learn what you need to know. This way they get the "experience" on the resume, and can climb up the ladder. It is really important for them to have the title and look impressive. Actually having skills is not important at all to them.
I had a nigger woman forced on me as a boss. She nearly destroyed the department (MSP IT Support). She supposedly had previous experience managing an IT team. Nearly EVERY thing she tried to implement was gone 5 days after her 9 month stint was over. They say she resigned for a different position. Linkedin says she was unemployed for almost a year.
You sound like a cuck, ngl. You work at a big tech firm and claim you know good women engineers and managers. False. There are no women good at work. They are not made for it.
One of the cardinal rules of womanhood is NEVER criticize any other woman in your peer group/clique.
This must be unique to your workplace because the opposite is true when you put women together. Even I saw this when I was working at a very big global tech company myself three years ago. The women were always one upping each other, backbiting each other or plotting against each other. You can also see how dysfunctional teams of women are, in HR or marketing, for instance, it’s very apparent.
Your thought fell short here; probably resulting in a thinking Fallacy.
So if someone has the will to speak up and gets fired and they continue anyways, you're saying that solves the problem? Because the willpower was all that was needed?
I think the willpower is there, but in general, men will keep quiet because they don't want the blowback from daring not to be supportive and encouraging even in the face of truly horrid work. I tell my son, when guys fight they usually get it out and move on quickly. When women fight, they NEVER forget and will hold that grudge till their deathbed and beyond. Quite honestly, I know lots of guys who will do everything possible not to talk to women at work. They say it is too dangerous. One guy I know got fired because he reached over the shoulder of a woman to turn on a faucet, and then she complained to HR who promptly walked him out. Women hold a LOT of power in the workforce, and can truly ruin a man's life just by one phone call to another woman in HR.
I also work on IT and our female colleagues are a net loss for the company. They get hired, you have to train them, then they get pregnant and disappear for like 6 straight months, afterwards their schedule is more or less one week work, one week sick, one week vacation, one week child-sick, and repeat, until they get pregnant again. Women in IT are worse than niggers because the nigger are at least there and can do some menial job.
i wouldn't last long in your job, i can't keep myself contained. i have to speak the truth, and i won't deny that i kinda get off on putting women in their place because i hate how deluded they are.
I knew one who did a great job with tech support; the awful kind where you have to interact directly with the retarded users. She probably would be less of an asset pressed into some inappropriate role like systems engineering or something.
you know, the web has truly destroyed good GUI design. anyone who has had to support anything with a web-like GUI knows how frustrating it is to try and coach someone to click something somewhere on the screen. "no, move your mouse down, no over, other way, click on the first icon over on the right side of, no two over, no not that one...".
and who decided to use "..." for a freaking menu?
a text menu at the top of the screen may not look as pretty as icons and frames scattered all over the screen, but it sure is easy to use and walk others through how to do stuff.
You know what brought women to the forefront of teaching? Public schools. When you turn the shit into a daycare, women are really good at it. You need teachers eventually if you want kids to be any smarter than their dumbass parents.
The vast majority of women can't do the work. There is a minority of men that can and the minority of women is vanishing. But there are so many trannies that the corps can probably claim representation.
Women are not technicians by nature, it takes a lot of conditioning to make them capable of doing what men instinctively do. IE do technical work. My sister, she's a biomedical engineer, makes over 6 figures, she does stuff like using dish soap in the dishwasher and wondering why there's foam all over the kitchen floor.
Stop starting your story with the word "so" please. I'll allow it this time, it's very soy to do that. I got angry when someone told me to stop using "so" to start my tales, however, I feel not using it has been a net positive.
Congratulations on your success of becoming less gay, you will find further progress by omitting things like your second sentence from future writings.
Men are the same in some regard. I see people post how wonderful a really expensive, stupid mod is on their car. They will defend their purchase against any logic because they have to justify the time and expense they spent in implementing it.
Just because you don't understand the steps in the logic, doesn't mean what you are doing isn't guided by logic. It's just logic that you haven't parsed into words. When a guy spends $2,300 on one carbon fiber bucket seat, there's plenty of logical reasons. Less weight, better lap time, bragging rights, incentive to lose weight, the benefits outweigh the negatives. Men are guided by logic, even when they themselves don't understand the intricacies of said logic.
A perfect example is our sense of direction, we don't know how the fuck we find the place we were looking for, we just do. How the fuck was I supposed to know the car I was following was going to the exact same place I was trying to find? I didn't but I followed it and boom. Sure it makes the girlfriend mad, but fuck her, she was even more lost and she had a map.
