You still didn't find a primary source, only secondary sources. Is Kant's alleged quote from a book he wrote? A diary? A letter to a friend? Those are primary sources.

When he's quoted by another party, that's a secondary source, and when it's a quote without a source, it's an unsourced quote, which is as good as making it up.

Unless someone can show a book, a diary, or a letter where he said it, I'm going to call it spurious.

I have read many Kantian writings and he was aware of ethnic jew behavior. I never came across OP’s quote, however I haven’t searched if it’s true or not.

He is quoted in translation of saying:

It's a great quote, but I can't find a primary source for it. The best I can find is John Weiss quoting Kant in his book "The Ideology of Death", yet another holocaust book written by a jew.

Kant is one of the most published philosphers and is well studied by many, including me. Hes known for his writings of morality to add-on to Bantam and Machiavelli. In particular, the ends justifies the means. Its referred to as "Kantian logic."
