I was just thinking about this. The irony of their anti-fossil fuel environmentalism is it's going to lead to a lot of land being cleared. That wood is a source of energy, and the land it frees up can be used to grow more food which people will be eager to do in the face of the food security issues they create.

We should all clear land like crazy just to spite them, and then explain who made you do it if anyone asks why you're clearing so much.

I've thought of raising some food myself. A concern for the future has been that World Economic Forum types will raise taxes on small landholders (no ag exemption). Anything to take their land.
