The US needs depopulation.

[ - ] Doglegwarrior 1 point 2.8 yearsSep 7, 2022 15:49:51 ago (+1/-0)

We should have never allowed franchises and shit like Walmart. The money in a certain area should not be sucked into giant national or international companies and absolutely not sucked to Washington dc..DC... that was a huge problem. Making corporations citizens was a huge problem and allowing them unlimited donations to poli5icians and another big one letting hospitals go from non profit to for profit.

And all of this brought to you by jews 99% of the time

Why does anyone think an interstate interchange represents all of America?
This picture or others like it are constantly posted to show how decadent the US has become when in reality, it is just a scene you can find all along our highway system showing a few blocks of convenient food/gas/shopping.
It's like posting a picture of a beach covered in human shit in Liberia as if that represents all... well, maybe that's a bad example, but you know what I mean.

It's not to show decadence, it's to show the lack of beauty and corporate overreach, the over utilitarian nature of the strip-mall sroad (street-road).

It is just a scene you can find all along our highway system showing a few blocks of convenient food/gas/shopping.

That's exactly the point. I have been all across America and this is extremely common, there is little to no culture, little to no beauty in architecture. Just utilitarian monopolistic corporations slapping down their cookie cutter franchises, with no push-back at all from local government entities.

I think you're missing the point here. The point is that large monopolistic corporations destroy the culture of America and it's beauty and originality.

When I exit the interstate to gas up and grab a burger, I don't want to drive around a quaint recreation of a village with every business built to reflect the local area. Can you imagine how annoying it would be trying to find an Exxon station if say, for example, in northern Virginia, they had to build each business to reflect the Civil War times or if every building in Maine had to have a lobster motif? Fuck that. The corporate cookie-cutter businesses make it convenient to get what you need and get back on the road. They're ugly as shit, I agree, but I'm not on the road to admire the architecture in Dillon, SC. I just want a fucking Pedro's taco, a tank of gas and get back on the road.

Yeah, I do get it, I've lived here my whole life but I disagree with utilitarianism, it's a Communist mindset; except it's not just the interstate that has this problem. If you're ok with corporate logos in your face at every intersection that's fine, but I'm not, it's obnoxious. These monopolies and megacorps need to be regulated. Why does it have to be an Exxon or Shell? Are the locals incapable of running a gas station business?

This is the problem that has destroyed most American small towns, greedy huge corporations run by Jews, and you're basically defending them. Ever heard the country song "Little Man" by Alan Jackson?

It's literally every single highway, small town, large road, and main intersection in America. They're all the same. America has lost it's spirit and given it to the greedy corporate Jews.

Walmart has put out of business probably 10's of thousands of small American family owned businesses, and here you are telling me you just love going there so you can buy your hormone filled soy-burger.

Just listened to "The Little Man" by Alan Jackson. Great song. My cousins sons and daughters have a successful band, although not as prominent as Alan Jackson, along with jobs and one of them has a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle. They are the "little men". The little men, like you and me will always be here.
I am not defending the goyslop fed to us in Mcdonalds and Wendys. Any one of us can become one of those corporate millionaires if we sold our soul to the system. I choose not to.
I choose to live my life in appreciation of nature. I choose to enjoy the fresh air at the top of Mt. Marcy in September. Brrr... it's starting to snow...

I thank you for your reply. Everyone should read it and listen to "Little Man" by Alan...

...did you ever hear of that Scotsman, Al Stewart? ...a wino, a liberal, but a great singer/songwriter of historical folk music. His most famous song was Year of the Cat back in '75, but he has produced more pertinent social commentary songs since then.
You should listen.

...and he's still on tour in places like Ohio and Louisiana.

If you have not read lonesome dove I would suggest reading it. Great book and the end the two main characters question if they were the good guys or not.

You fuckers have never been hungry enough to understand the importance of “ugly” infrastructure.
