For the most part, the men are of the ultra-white type, like Icelanders, Fins, Danes, English, Australian etc.

Whites train harder than nigs and they might be more consistent about cycling and nutrition. Blacks have more muscle mass on average.

They don't though. Are you saying overall nigs have more muscle? You have to prove that because pound for pound whites are stronger than nigs. jews push the myth that nigs are naturally stronger.

and yes, whites are also scientifically more consistent and dedicated. Nigs are actually the least dedicated race out of all the others overall. If you have a representative from each race, same height, build, weight, intelligence, etc. The nig will always tap out first.

Nigs do have more quick twitch muscle fibers, which makes them faster runners. They can run away faster.

West African nigs supposedly are the ones with the fast twitch muscle fibers. East Africans have the slow twitch ones, which is why Kenyans, Ethiopians etc always win the marathons.

I've heard of a dozen different ways they cheat those tests. I didn't know clown shoes was one of them.
