I use a Turkish coffee pot...but with a filter in the cup, and none of that nasty powdered Turk coffee. Kona coffee; coarse ground. So long as you stick with real Kona coffee I doubt you could do anything to fuck it up.

I've used all three. Espresso machine makes the strongest coffee. But there are several variables you have to be aware of. It only makes small quantities. You have to use the right grounds to get the brew you want.

Use good, fresh espresso grounds for really rich, dark coffee to prevent it from becoming bitter and acidic. I prefer a cup of regular coffer from a filtered coffee machine with an espresso shot. That's a morning eye-opener for ya. Make sure you use half and half if you like a lightener, not milk, cream, or God forbid, non-dairy creamer.

True. My plunger coffee is pretty rubbish but it's quick. There's simply no space in the kitchen or anywhere else for a coffee machine.

We would love to support coffee production in PR because it is from the US, but can’t do it solely because of that factor, and particularly because we find it does not pass our minimum expectations on the cupping table.

Apparently, real average coffee. Not seeing any positive reviews of PR coffee in general. My suppliers basically say it sucks, and being in the US makes it extra expensive.

I like the the ones from the Lares haciendas : cafe lareno ( best) cafe crema, alto , etc.
It's not often I can get them but they are the preferred.

Bialetti isn't known for quality. Moka pots are primitive enough and they still fuck them up occasionally. Brikka pots are pushing their limits and have a much higher rate of defect or failure. Fucking stupid pasta niggers.

Strongest in what sense? If flavor isn't a priority, consider buying 100 grams of caffeine for your morning drug fix, or meth.

I'm back to using filters with a pour over, after years of french presses. Pretty fine grind, and mostly do light roasts, except when I get beans better for espresso.
