CHIMPOUT HAPPENING

EBT is down across the country. Niggers are getting mad. My wife works part time at a grocery store and just texted me saying niggers are getting rowdy in the store.

Please note at this time most niggers are still asleep.

EBT (defined by guys) = Ebony Black Tax/Food Stamps/It's food stamps in card form. "Low income families" get a card with a monthly allowance to swipe at the grocery store checkout line. The system is down, on a Sunday, with temperatures being in the high 80s (32C).

This is about the time that blacks are waking up and getting out to the grocery store on the East Coast of the United States. It's hot as fuck out, and they're now finding out that after spending time waiting in line to "pay for" their free food, their cards aren't working.
