Yes. Because the solution to the homeless problem isn't to destroy property values for everyone else in the nearby area.

The North Las Vegas land Lankowski built on is zoned for single-family homes, which must be a minimum size of 1,200 square feet.

Living in a neighborhood where homeless bums come and go is a nuisance. You get to recognize the same faces where they tend to hang out. None of them is stable, and most of them do meth. They don't get better and they don't support themselves because they all have some sort of mental issue.

I'm not backing government rules and regulations. I'm backing property rights and contract agreements between a buyer and seller.

You pay $500,000 for a house in a single family zone because it is understood that only single family homes will be built there. That's part of the contract agreement. By allowing one of the home/land owners to break that contract agreement, the property you own will necessarily depreciate. That's a harm and therefore illegal.

North las vegas is a shithole. Nothing like Las Vegas. Aside from Nellis AFB, the rest of the city is just a crime filled toilet. The entire city is homeless.
