Lock up every nigger male from the age of 12 until they are 40, make them do forced labor. It would have a positive effect on nigger birth rates and certainly reduce homocides and crime dramatically.

how about they get a choice when convicted.
go to jail.
get sterilized.
we all know they will choose sterilization, cause who really wants to go to jail. then, since they can't help themselves, they will get arrested again and go to jail anyway (just a little later).
