See if there is an online shipping company that has a depot in Italy that ships overseas.
I can get stuff that 'only ships in the US or only ships in the UK' from a site that has a warehouse in these country's and then on-ships it to me after using their warehouse address ... can't remember the extra cost but it starts at like $10 extra bucks for a small packages etc on top of normal p and p
