It is possible but not profitable to use a phone as a mining device, as they are not the best tool for the job.

I most likely saw photos like these when reading about ming crypto a few years back. As you can see all the screens are the same. The ones in OPs photo are not like these.

it is a Chinese gubmint employee posting comments over the internet. there are literally hundreds of these people who post to the comment sections of popular sites, to either stir conflict or promote china or do anything they can to degrade anything American/Western.
basically a low-paid troll.
