Certification is bad anyway, I think anyone should be able to "Practice law". In this case a private org (the bar) gets to say who can practice law, that leads to most states requiring that people attend specific schools, that have specific libraries, and have paid specific people to operate. In current year anyone should have access to case history, laws, codes, etc. and anything not accessible should not be admissible in court anyway.

Certs bother me to no end. A chemistry PhD who has worked in industry for 30 years can not become a "chemical engineer" in many places without going back to school. That same person isn't allowed to teach high school, do hair, give financial advice, practice law, style hair, decorate a room, wire a house, etc. without paying the right people and spending the requisite amount of time in classes.

Illegal aliens should be put in labor camps, if they insist on coming over to work it might as well be a net positive for citizens. They shouldn't be "practicing" anything in the US.

And the "law" out of lawyer. Note they makes sure to refer to attorneys instead.

The slippery slope is real.
At this point, it's just a matter of time till an illegal alien is appointed to positions all the way up to state Supreme Court justice and governor.

Somehow I had not thought of that.
