This looks like disinformation. Provide the case link please or fuck off

This is complete bullshit. They are trying to base this off the case ICAN had against the HHS in 2018, where he did in fact win the case against the HHS for not doing the reports required by law about vaccine safety.

[ - ] HeyJames 6 points 2.7 yearsAug 25, 2022 09:14:40 ago (+6/-0)

Believing in qanon is literally going full retard. This man's wife threw a party at his house and required all guests to be vaccinated. Hopium is for the weak of heart, they're all playing you.

The Supreme Court only deals with cases that may violate the Constitution.

[ - ] noonefromnowhere 2 points 2.7 yearsAug 25, 2022 07:35:08 ago (+2/-0)

Nurmeburg code isn't suddenly valid. It isn't on the books for any sort of law. Supreme court can't create news laws just tweak existing ones.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 5 points 2.7 yearsAug 25, 2022 07:38:43 ago (+5/-0)

They can’t do that, either.

Interntional treaty signed by the US does make it law.

In the United States, treaties are federal law and thus preempt state law. The treaty power is granted by Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution, under which the President may make a treaty by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, with the concurrence of two-thirds of those present.

From wikipedia but that's as far as I feel like searching.

"The Code has not been officially accepted as law by any nation or as official ethics guidelines by any association"

Feel free to find a treaty that it's in and prove me wrong.

Potato, potahto. Tomato, Tomahto.

It is not codified in USC code (Statutory law), but in CFR (Regulatory law.) Take it for what it is, but it is law.

For example, Congress may write a law into USC that states "The agency in charge of this will have the authority to create regulations and rules as they see fit to regulate this process, and assess penalties as required to enforce this law, within (boundaries created by Congress.)." The agency in question then creates all kinds of rules and regulations everyone involved with that process has to follow.

So, if your wikipedia refers to USC only, then it's correct, technically, but for all intents and purposes, CFR is what most people have to deal with in terms of daily activities, not USC.

[ - ] noonefromnowhere 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 25, 2022 20:31:37 ago (+0/-0)

Where is it in the CFR?

I already readt through the whole thing last night. Sure it's based on the nuremburg code but it's toothless. Unless you're cheering because pfizer might stand to get a stern letter from the IRB. Which it won't.

[ - ] cyclops1771 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 26, 2022 13:43:40 ago (+0/-0)

Moving the goalposts now? Now it isn't just coded into "law", but it has to be coded into VERY STRONGLY PENALTIED law?

Instead of being jewy about it, be an honorable white man and say, "Yeah, I see that. You were technically right. Sure wish it had more force behind it, though."

Fuck, why does everyone have to act like a scheming dirty jew on the internet?

[ - ] noonefromnowhere 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 26, 2022 18:46:52 ago (+0/-0)

Your post said "Nuremburg code is in effect". The fact that there are US ethics codes somewhat based on the Nurmeburg code does not show that "Nuremburg code is in effect". You're posting bullshit and pretending it's true based on vague technicalities. Nurembeurg code is not US law, the supreme court ruling did not mean "Nuremburg code is in effect" it's just more qtard bullshit.

Funny how I can’t find anything about this. Seems suss because the SC regularly sides with big pharma.
Just one example:
Supreme Court vaccine ruling: parents can't sue drug makers for kids ...

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/supreme-court-vaccine-ruling-parents-cant-sue-drug-makers-for-kids-health-problems/

I found this on Freespoke, a new search engine that doesn't censor viewpoints and respects privacy. Check it out: Freespoke.com

So the SCOTUS, instead of, I dunno, actual empirical science**, determines this? Seems kinda jewy, but I guess that's just the sort of world we live in eh?
