2. Why does no one give a shit when we use horses but freak out over elephants? I don't care about either and would be happy to try a horse or elephant burger if cooked medium rare.

If you have seen any elephants in captivity for the circus ( I think those all went under now?) its very simple just like breaking a horse

You tie a big heavy chain around it when its young

It tries and tries to break it and eventually gives up when its exhausted

You can put a smaller and smaller chain around it as it gets older, its will to fight gradually fades

When its fully grown a small rope will suffice, if it meets any resistance it'll simply give up
