From the inside, there is a very very clear movement to make as much of Silicon Valley tech company management Indian as is possible. Observationally, Indians are very aware of class and actively practice in-group preference for hiring and promotion. Probably more so than any other group.
Yes, there are well-understood immigration policies that make this possible but, I'm telling, you there's more to it than traitorous legislators and in-group favoritism. It's so pervasive and has accelerated so much that there must be funding and private coordination happening. Let's identity those people and orgs (private NGOs?).

1) "Just get out of Silicon Valley." No, you cede all access to the surveillance network of tyrants and you can assure it will be turned against you even more so.
2) "It's Jews/George Soros/etc etc!" No shit. I'm looking for specifics here. Specific NGOs. Specific executive recruiting agencies. Specific people who we don't already know about.
They make it into management, and they methodically replace everyone with others of their kind of a lower caste imported directly at low cost, at least from what I have seen.
My boss got fired or quit or whatever, and so was replaced by another one of the indians already in management. He just hired several more in quick succession. I thought he was going to try to replace me, but so far that's not particularly the case, but he does want to move me more into management, which I don't want but such is life. I guess that's how he's getting rid of me, since nothing else has worked yet. They do want all their doodads to keep working in the meantime, at any rate.

A funny phenomenon that I see is where companies ask for experience that is impossible. They will ask for 20 years of experience with node.js, but node hasn’t been around that long. So the Indians will line up and say they have 20 years experience and White people will just roll their eyes and walk away.
There are shitloads of Indians. The top ones are very smart. Their education is way cheaper. They have a whole Nation investing in their success.
Whereas American schools suck shit. Even the best American schools for the brightest students suck shit. The teachers are stupid, the curriculum sucks, and they teach the dumbest fucking way to possible.
So a successful learner in the US learned by themselves, with their own money while wasting lots in taxes to pay for this

I think there is a concentrated campaign and very specific groups applying the leverage. I'm just not sure where the money and influence lead. I suspect the traceback will start at some executive recruiting firms.

I actually think the Indians have them here. The Tribe seems unable to avoid deception and betrayal even when its their own in-group. In my observation Indians are much more loyal to each other. At least within their caste.
