Wrong. Flyers that go to jews are wasted flyers.

No one is targeting jews. The flyers are distributed randomly without malicious intent. It says right on the flyers and gives the website. The GDL has nothing to hide.

Flyer distribution is legal and protected by the first amendment. Flyers meant to be picked up doesn't qualify as litter either.
