Holy shit, I didn't believe it but here you are. It's true you've only been at old/new voat for a couple of years but all your submissions are either news sites, youtube or text posts. You've never submitted OC. I'll be damned.

We primarily use https://catbox.moe/ here because it's easy and it doesn't censor or ban for the offensive content we upload.

Take your file, drop it into the upload box and you'll get a link to post.

It's not a hosting site. Data storage of that kind has a larger cost and adds yet another detail that has to be maintained. The site you are using right now, for all intents and purposes, is free. So is catbox essentially.

They are run by people that believe in something enough to put time, effort and money into it because they enjoy it. I'm sure it benefits them both somehow in a learning capacity and maybe they feel that eventually it will produce in a financial way.

Go to catbox.moe and drop whatever file you want into the box that says drop here. Wait for the upload to complete and you get a link in return. Post the link here. Done.

You don't. You upload it to a hosting site like catbox or smuttypony or whatever that other one is and then you post a link to that.
