The thing about tourettes is that there must be a reason why they say the things they say.

My guess is that it gives us a look at the things that live inside their brains.

Like they are compelled to say the things inside their heads that most people keep to their thoughts.

Maybe they dismiss these thoughts, maybe they earnestly hold them as true opinions, whatever it is, it's something inside that's making its way out.

If she's a libtard this is very telling, the lefties all are probably very aware of the truth regarding matters like race, but are reacting to their innermost perspectives by trying to take a very hard stance the other way on the outside.

Meaning their entire position on such topics is disingenuous.

I highly suspect that this is the truth regarding them, they secretly agree with us, but are coping with the reactions we now expect them to have.

As for why, there are many factors at play here, social acceptability, self-image, historical legacy, etc.

But I think trying to reach them with the truth is a lost cause not because they reject it, but because they already accept it, but are just denying it because they are afraid of what the consequences of openly embracing the reality would be.

We might be able to reach them by identifying and defusing that fear.

I'd say she is faking it which makes me like her a lot. For starters less than 0.3% of people have TS and they either have at least two different motor tics and at least one vocal tic. It's normally something innate and innocuous like a click, or saying the same random word over and over like banana for example.
