Notice the hand rubbing as he schemes to use the frog to make money. The entire cartoon is about jews exploiting others for personal profit.

The last bit is about life in the 21st century which is kinda adorable.

Chuck Jones is a legend. His art direction and style are by far my favorite from this time in animation.
