Nope. There are two methods for making the "front holes."

1. Use the scrotal skin for the fake outer, the dick skin for the hole lining/skin.
2. A variation of the procedure where they use part of the intestine/colon to line the hole. It continues to create mucus but smells like literal shit.

In both cases, there's not enough to work with because you've cut the urethra and it is now too short to do anything with.
