Its a bait and switch. Buy shares in company 1 to be enhanced then announce policy that hits domestic company 2. Collapse their shares whilst making bank on company 1. Buy up company 2 at pennies on the pound. Once policy is to begin failing dump company 1 shares & inflate company 2. Rinse & repeat.
