We're repairing a watermain, widening the road etc...

The inspector from the engineering firm that designed the project is a woman.

I've never seen a woman wearing a hard hat or safety vest outside of the calendar my dad had in our garage when I was young.

This lonely, thirsty slut "engineer" is wearing cutoff jean booty shorts, a low-cut shirt. Bringing everyone Gatorade and basking in the attention she's getting. Everyone crowds around her and talks for an hour instead of the usual work that we do.

The day drags and they wasted so much time we're working late. I overhear her on the phone talking to her kid telling them to make their siblings Mac n Cheese for dinner blah blah be home late sweetie.

Men are so weak now. This bitch should be at home, now we're all working late because men just want to thirst after any slut. It's not cute, or novel... We're fucking laying pipe, it's shit work.

Women on a jobsite is a fucking oxymoron. Her family is fucked, our jobsite is fucked and all so she can play dress-up for the attention she's been raised to crave.

Lol. Actually true though. All the elderly women in my family ran their home like this. They knew how many tablespoons were in a cup. They had recipe cards in a box with notes on them. I saw my great aunt stretch a measuring tape across a frozen turkey and put it on a scale. There used to be a class called "home economics" where girls would learn this stuff. I took it too and I remember seeing a drawing of lasagna in the style of that sandwich.

I did learn to make a delicious pumpkin pie from scratch. Then I tore out a big section of dad's lawn to start a garden... he was a little bit unamused [I thought he'd be fine with it - less to mow! Sheesh, can't win for losing!!]. Anyhow, I grew a MASSIVE zucchini and made a 'pumpkin' pie out of it, because I could!

What people need to understand is that women are biologically programmed to want attention so women can be attention vampires. It's a complete mind fuck for men who don't know what's going on. They see that some women don't want their attention. They see that some women want their attention and want more. But what they fail to account for is the large number of women who want attention, are responsive to it so they get more of it, but it's not going to go anywhere. It's not you. It's them. And because men can't distinguish between the last two types an infinite amount of distraction can be poured into a woman if you don't know how to budget.

The number one reason to keep women away from a work site is to keep the men working. This has been known for centuries. Men have to chase the idea of a woman to do work. When the actual woman is in front of them, they chase the actual woman and forget the work.

I’ve been making video games for about 30 years. The first 10 years; there were no women in development and it was wonderful. Women thought games were stupid until white men turned it into an 8 billion dollar per year empire. They really need to segregate the studios. My idea is games for women by women. Sell women on the idea of working with an all female staff. That should suck them away from teams that should be significantly male. It will also mean that women who want games to cater to them will get their games.
