Some Mormon musings. They claim to believe the bible and pass off their books, the pearl of great price, and the book of Mormon as addendums, but when push comes to shove they will tell you the bible is apostacy. Ask a Mormon the following question: A catholic woman who is married, but her husband ran off several years ago. Will the Mormon church suggest she divorce and remarry a Mormon man? They will tell you yes, Then start pointing out what Jesus said about divorce. They will crack. They will claim that Peter decended from heaven and gave the authority to Joseph smith and that it is passed down to every prophet sincew then. Christ said "What GOD has joined, let no MAN put asunder".
Brigham Young claimed he had a revelation from God that Mormons should not consume tobacco, Coffeee or Tea. He did not want resourses wasted on these items as they traveled to Utah, realizing that Tobacco, tea nad coffee beans were not native to the region. In 1887 the Edmund-Tucker act enabled siezing church assets adn lo and behold in 1890 the current prophet Wilfred Woodruff had a revelation from GOD that abolished polygamy.
In 1977 Jimmy Carter threatened to remove the Mormon CHurch's tax exept status because of it's racism, prior to 1977 a nigger could only enter the temple if they were being bound for eternity to a white mormon master. Fortunately for the Mormons Spencer W. Kimball, President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had a revelation from God that said that niggers no longer bore the mark of Cain and were welcome to become full fledged and pledged mormons.

Largely inaccurate. Mormons never support divorce. Only in a case of actual adultery is it justifiable but even then not encouraged.

The 1977 example makes it sounds like they would be extremely based if it weren't for the law, going where baptists and others wouldn't go even with no imposition of the law.
