City Council equalities spokesperson Councillor Nadia El-Nakla said the banner's statement "will not be tolerated in Dundee."
She said: "No one has said white lives don't matter.
"The conversation right now is specifically about black lives because since colonisation until present day; black people have been tortured, enslaved, abused and killed by white people.
"Until systematic racism is dismantled, and it is no longer dismissed then the activism of the Black Lives Matter movement will continue.
"Just today a shocking statistic emerged that over a two-year period the Metropolitan Police strip searched 660 children, the majority innocent of the suspicion against them with 58% of these children were black.
"Denying racism and hijacking an anti-racist movement is racist and calculated.
"It will not be tolerated in Dundee."

What's funny is that she allows "black lives matter" to have a whole essay thesis explanation "what it really means", but doesn't allow "white lives matter" to have the same and offers a direct literal word-for-word straw that it's racist and "will not be tolerated in Dundee".

The strange thing about Scotland, for the most part, not including city/college retards is that the people really hate niggers/gays and routinely crack jokes about them, but vote SNP non-stop who hate Scottish people and are really far left, mostly because we've devolved into a single issuer voter base.
