AI developers feed data themselves to an AI to train it. There have been many AI created already, but the ones opened to anything to do with social sciences or race always discover patterns in the races. A few AI have been opened to input from the wider internet user base, which is what you're referencing, but these are by no means all the AI who have discovered the patterns linked to the race variable. Your claim that "edgy 13 year olds" cause all pattern-learning algorithms to turn racist is clearly false. Do some more research.

At an even more fundamental level of AI it's just statistics. AI is just really a really large statistical model for a wide number of inputs and a wide number of outputs. You cannot make AI less racist than plain-jane statistics, but it can be more racist than normal statistics when its capacity for nuance exceeds what standard statistics could resolve.
