spics are about 22% of the population now if you include the unaccounted for illegals. So there is about twice as many spics than niggers, yet the are only doing a little more rape than the 12% north american pavement apes.

Excluding statutory rape is a big change on the stats. Usually white people make up most of the rapes due to statutory rape. blacks and hispanics don't care if their 13-17 year old is out having sex. Whites care and report the male offender. Drives up the statistic.
