The thread I linked references the video of the plane hitting the building. You can see the tail fin in the video. All the knocked down light poles match with the wings of a plane, not a "cruise missile". The evidence from the scene includes many plane parts, not parts from a "cruise missile". It's a stupid theory spawned because there weren't a bunch of videos like there was for the towers.
