Problem is, even though I'm as capitalist as they come, I agree, but for a very different reason than the leftist commie.

Force is the ultimate ruler of all abstract concepts that regulate human society, including ownership, it is determined by the administration of force like everything else.

Screw the idea of "natural rights", "human rights" aren't real, but they are made real only by the use of force or the credible threat of force, violence and struggle is the building block of order, both in civilization and in nature.

Order emerges out of chaos, and violence is what God molds chaos into order over time, violence is also what preserves order, entropy is when the violence keeping society together gradually wanes until the violence threatening to overwhelm it finally does so.

In my view, giving people "rights" was a mistake, because "rights" shouldn't be a property of people:

Only the government should have "rights", and those "rights" will be a very specific list of things that the government is allowed to do, the government is forbidden from doing anything it has not been given the explicit "right" to do, if they do, that is "acting out of rights" and the people who constitute that government will all be executed for treason and replaced.
