A money laundering Scam?

Use to have a Hank Aaron and a Willy Mays rookie card back in the 80's. Probably still somewhere buried in my mom's attic with my grandfather's war trophies.

So dumb...

No old school man would ever admit to keeping a rendering of a rosy cheeked man. The only reason a few of these survived was because of turn of the century closeted fags.

Men back then didn’t care about amassing collectibles. They just wanted the cigars. I guess if a baseball fan happened to get a card, he might, to his great shame, squirrel it away to look at later. Where it would be discovered in a cedar box after he was dead.

I probably destroyed thousands of dollars of baseball cards in the 70’s by putting them in my bike spokes.
