I don't remember all the details, but several years ago there was an organization which tried to support breast feeding by getting women to donate their surplus breast milk. From what I recall, the organization discontinued their operations due to concerns regarding STD pathogens in the donated milk.

I didn't think much of it at the time due to my youthful ignorance, but given the gradual escalation in the war on reproduction I suspect there was an organized effort by people who wanted to keep babies dependent upon formula that there were women with transmissible STD's sending in their milk to destroy the organizations effort to support natural breast feeding as soon a possible before the idea took root.
