If you understand evolution than you understand that different genetic subpopulations are in competition with each other for the same resources. To force one group of people to be rulled over by another is against the interest of the ruled people. Every genetic population has a right to be ruled by their own people. A ruler who is unrelated to the people he rules has no interest in serving those people. Its the principle of kin selection that disincentivizes a ruler from exploiting his own people.
A government that is not based on a genetic relationship with the people it rules is not legitimate. Its just a corporation. Corporations serve themselves. Not everyone in the society.
It doesnt matter if this corporation says its for the people and for the greater good. This corporation imports foreigners to obtain the democratic results it wants. Its not legitimate if it can swap out the people it serves for someone else.
A high functioning, fair, prosperous economy can only be founded on a society of related individuals because related people are less likely to screw each other over. Theres no reason to put foreigners in charge of such an economy. Of course they will loot it. Evolution predicts it.
