Anyone here grow and juice wheatgrass? I’ve been doing this for 3+ years

submitted by 1Icemonkey to Health 2.7 yearsAug 3, 2022 21:06:57 ago (+10/-0)     (Health)

I graduated from a hand crank counter mounted juicer to a commercial juicer, made things a lot easier, especially when my intake increased. However, I’m having trouble with even growing and mold issues. I’ve altered my soil brands, I’ve altered my watering patterns, and I’m just curious of any of you have had any struggles and what were the fixes.

I'm noticing the comments mentioning a lot of sprays and want to throw peroxide into the mix. I haven't used it myself but I've seen a lot of growers swear by it.

Literally pee on your grass, or pee in a bucket or spray bottle for a week and then cover your wheatgrass with it biweekly. Your crops will love it but the fungi dies and doesn't come back.

He could probably make money charging degenerates to come over and piss on his vegetables.

Which method are you using?
Also are you sure it’s not root hairs. I thought that on my first few times

It’s not root hairs. Starts out white and goes black in the end.

Indoors, and I am running a fan 24/7. I seem to have more trouble in the summer.

I’m in nor cal where we’re like 20-30% humidity. I just ordered another brand of seeds, one I haven’t used in a few years.

I might try that copper spray. Thanks.
