The truly dispositive factor, as stated by a Republican Wisconsin state legislator in a March hearing and affirmed in the opinion: “If a vote is cast in an illegal process, it’s an illegal vote!”
Will this make a difference at this point? The blackmail cabal that corrupted the election will not care.

Will it matter? Yes. It will give local governments political leverage to ignore federal laws. We're now 50 countries liuing next to each other. If we choose to we can make a new federal government...or not.
