Microsoft's software suite is superior to Google's in every way

As far as productivity tools, Google has nothing on Microsoft. How did this happen? Google had a large headstart with every possible advantage , and Microsoft got raked through the coals and Google just let them recover and come back out on top. No wonder Microsoft sling shotted to a trillion dollar company even after having embarrassingly missed the mobile phone boat completely and for an embarrassing duration.

Google should have released a desktop Linux OS too. And don't give me that incestuous thought process where "gergle hers no reezern 2 mek desktop OS BECERZ they can't spy on yer". That's garbage and I feel like only megalomaniac software devs say that crap. If Google teamed up with steam, they could have made the ultimate Linux desktop OS. Then Google would have had the ultimate gaming department. I don't think anyone at steam, Google or Microsoft even thought of this. There is plenty to spy on and Microsoft is clearly spying on you worse than you think in w10

All they thought about was political action when they should have been thinking about technology and software. Now AI is doing their political dirty work ...

Google is an advertisement company. They make 80% of their income off of getting you to buy ad space.

Free program called "Shutup10" dramatically reduces microsoft spying.

It also tends to speed things up cause so many fewer background processes will be running.

A high school acquaintance of mine got a job at Microsoft and was a project lead until Google scooped him up for what I assume is a higher salary. I'm sure his new workplace is very compatible with his Christian upbringing.

I got an interview email from Google and didn't even care. Even if I didn't have an internship at a fortune 100 company at the time I MAYBE would have dragged ass into that interview only because I'd have had absolutely nothing else to do at that time

I always have problems with getting that to work right. If I try to open things in there it messes them up beyond repair and ?somehow? Most people haven't even heard of libre office so they have no idea how to use the files if I send those to them

That's fair. To be honest, if I was using this software for professional productivity, I would go with MS Office. I just use LibreOffice for the rare times I need to open a document or type something up on my personal computer. But like I said, it's pretty rare. I also have an employer-issued laptop that has MS Office.
